Recognizing the importance of the role of investment funds and of their responsibilities to investors, the mission of The International Investment Funds Association is to promote the protection of investment fund investors, to facilitate the growth of the investment funds industry internationally, to act as a medium for the advancement of understanding of the investment fund business around the world, and to encourage adherence to high ethical standards by all participants in the industry.
CIFA is the Association of professionals, businesses, and organizations involved in the Investment Funds and Asset Management Sector in Cyprus. CIFA has more than 400 members, legal and physical. The Mission of CIFA is to help its members capitalize on industry trends, shape regulation, enhance professionalism, integrity, and quality and Promote the Cyprus Investment Fund Industry. The Association’s Board is comprised of highly reputable industry professionals experienced in all aspects of the industry. CIFA is a full member of the International Investment Funds Association and the European Funds and Asset Management Association. The fund industry in Cyprus has been growing rapidly, with Assets under Management reaching almost €10 billion.
